Kreol Travel Retail partners with Kägi Swiss chocolatier

Kreol Travel Retail has announced a partnership with Kägi Swiss chocolatier to develop the brand’s travel retail presence in India, Sri Lanka, and the Arabian Gulf countries.

Kägi has been making confectionery since 1934. The high-quality chocolate coating on their wafers is produced by specialists. To obtain smooth chocolate, the cocoa mass that has been produced in-house is finely ground, after which conching (refinement) takes place for at least 48 hours. This process ensures that the chocolate’s aroma fully develops.

New product Praliné des Alpes is a light and airy composition of créme filling and wafer-thin Kägi waffle, covered in the homemade chocolate.
